We are a boutique distillery tucked away on the beautiful Central Coast of New South Wales conveniently located halfway between Sydney and Newcastle.

You will find us In the heart of the region’s finest artisan producers and minutes from our beautiful beaches.

Independently owned by astute herbalist and distiller Philip Moore, our distillery is set amongst three acres of tranquil gardens. The botanicals we grow are the inspiration and ingredients for an array of award-winning spirits and liqueurs including Moore’s Dry Gin and Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur.

We invite you to visit us, relax and enjoy a stroll through the garden and taste our range.

Our distillery door is open for tastings and purchases Wednesdays - Sundays 11am - 4pm.

We are a COVID safe venue, no bookings are required, and we try and accommodate groups whenever possible.

Guided group tastings, distillery tours and distill your own gin workshops will be launched soon. To get all the updates and opening event details become a Friend of the Distillery

Formerly known as The Fragrant Gardens, see how Philip revived and transformed the site into the beautiful gardens and source of botanicals that they have become today.

Open to the public, at Distillery Botanica you can experience the tranquility, beauty and aromas of the Victorian-style cottage gardens, visit the cafe or relax with a massage, all nestled with the distillery grounds.
